2001 club car jerks up hills

hi all noobi here i have a buggy that jerks up hills when u use half throttle and if you move along with little throttle ?? dose any one know what ohms you should get off the throttle and the solenoid is worm after bout 10mins ?
i am a sparky so do have an idea what it might be but wondering if someone has had this befor?

Need to know if it is a V-glide or an IQ. The MCOR (control box) on an IQ is a black box about 4 inches to the right of the foot pedal under the floorboard. A V-Glide is just below the charger receptacle. Most MCOR units do not go bad. V-Glides can have bad switches.
