Working on a 2007 Presedent, the guy put an Altrax contoller on it and it hasn't run right since, I've re-programed the contoller to the correct settings and it still is quite jerky. I was told that the MCOR could be messed up, anyone have any suggestions?

While reprogramming the Altrax controller to the correct settings is a good start, the jerkiness you're experiencing could indeed be related to the MCOR.
A unofficial common suggestion for addressing MCOR issues is to try brushing the contacts by putting the cart in neutral and pressing the pedal up and down around 30-50 times. This action helps "scrub" the contacts clean and may improve performance. It's worth giving this a try to see if it helps smooth out the operation. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to inspect and potentially replace the MCOR. The MCOR is located inside the pedal assembly area. You'll need to remove the floor mat and the bolts holding the pedal assembly down to access it.
Keep in mind that MCOR issues are among the most common problems with the Club Car Precedent, so it's definitely worth investigating further. Let me know if you need any assistance with troubleshooting or if you have any other questions.
