Battery Charger Won't Come On

I have an electric 1995 Club Car. The batteries and wires are two months old. The charger will not come on. I borrowed a charger from a similar cart, hooked it up and it will not charge on my cart. My charger will work on their cart. I went through the steps of resetting the OBC but the charger still will not come on.

Charge each battery individually, the total voltage of the set of batteries is too low for the charger to detect and allow it to turn on to charge.

I checked the voltage. Each battery was 8.5 volts, total battery pack was 51 volts. The 3/8 amp fuse in the charging circuit ohmed out okay.

How do all your connections look, are they clean and tight?

The onboard computer is bad. This was confirmed to me by the cart mechanic, who is also the owner, at a nearby dealership.
