urethane filled tires with 8" stock wheels

I have four wheels and tires. These are urethane filled . This was done so they won't go flat . They are heavier than regular tires because of this . They are a little dirty and are on standard stock rims . The 2 tires are size 18.5 x 8.5 x 8 and 2 are 18 x 8.5 x 8 . I am also looking for a 6" lift kit for a 82 up Club Car DS also so I would be willing to trade. As you can see in the picture they are in excellent shape . $250.oo .
