  • How Do I prepair my golf cart and engine for prolonged storage?

Any storage for a period of over 30 days qualifies as prolonged storage. With that said, there are a few simple steps that you need to follow in order to keep a healthy and happy cart.
    • ALWAYS jack up the rear tires before performing any maintenance on your golf cart.
    • Disconnect the fuel hose at the tank and plug.
    • Allow engine to run until it stops from lack of fuel.
    • Add a gasoline additive.
    • Reconnect fuel lines and drive golf cart for a few minutes to distribute additive through carburetor.
    • While engine is still warm, change oil (if needed).
    • Disconnect both terminals of the battery starting with the ground (-) terminal.
    • Clean engine/body/chassis of debris, mud, grease. Use compressed air. Grease all grease fittings.
