HELP: Converting 2001 Western to Lithium

Hello Golf Cart Fans, I have had a 2001 Western golf cart for years and kept it in pretty good shape. Recently the batteries died so I figured now is the time to convert to Lithium. BUT, it runs on 42 volts and there are no kits out there for this. Does anyone have any thoughts/experience here? Could I just go to 36 Volts? and if so, is it easy to just buy a conversion kit and drop it in? Would going from from 42V to 36V affect performance? Thanks in advance!!!!
