Need help on ID of my Western cart

I inherited an older model Western golf cart and know nothing about it as there were no papers. I would like to know what year it was made and what the model is. It would be a big help if I could find an owners/operator manual somewhere. Appreciate any and all help.

I neglected to provide the golf cart serial number from the frame on the passenger side of the cart. It is 40003714291

Western is a golf cart customizer not a manufacturer they use ezgo frames can you post a picture of the number tag ezgo makes either the first 2 or last 2 digits in the serial numbers the year. So I'm guessing you have a 1991
