NEW TO SITE- Charger quit working, took to a local shop, they bypassed the defective OBC by adding a jumper from black plug wire to #6 battery ground. Still would not charge. They disconnected the grey wire, jumped to # 6 battery ground, and charger kicked in. All of the articles reviewed never addressed any attention to the grey connector??? Do I have additional issues. Concerned if this wiring hookup will damage my new Duo pro and Trojan Batteries. Appreciate input
