Is this a Yamaha G1?

I bought this today, but don't know where to begin as I have no info on this cart. The previous owner thought it was a 1986 AMF/Harley. I don't think so but could be wrong.

the last year for harley's was "82 amf sold it that year to columbie /parcar that is a 1982 amf/harley
