Purchasing Golf Cart

Hello everyone. I am retiring to Arizona and am in the market for an electric golf cart. My head is spinning as to which cart to purchase. I've tried to educate myself on the forums, but can't decide on whether to buy used, re-built or possibly new. I've looked at a used Tomberlin that I liked but am thinking I might be better off with one of the top three. I like the Yamaha and can get a better deal on a new one compared to Ez-Go or Club Car. I am leaning towards a new cart because most of the used carts I have seen are course carts. Is that an issue? I want a cart I can depend on and don't want mechanical issues. I know everyone has preferences--is there really a better choice or are they all comparable. I will be purchasing a street legal cart so I will need one that I can get around 20 to 25 mph out of.
