new and having trouble

I have a club cart carryall 6 it wasn't charging so i ck and found regulator bad I replaced it. Now the cart will not run (its a turn key start) I can unplug one wire off the relay and it will run fine but still not charging please any ideas will help

I found the problem bad relay
