EZGO battery issues

Hello ,

I have a ezgo txt 2007 golf cart. I am having a major issue with my cart.

I just put a brand new set of batteries in my cart and it will barely make it a full 18 holes of golf on a full charge.

They are about 2 months old and don't know what the issue could be.

Tested each one for voltage , all fine!

Bought brand new charger , charger stays on for couple hours, cuts off , great!

Think your good to go , but after 18 holes , cart starts beeping telling me the cart needs charging !

Any suggestions ?

hook up a meter to the pack note voltage then drive (have someone else read meter) and note voltage while driving, post voltage readings.
I would just about bet something is hooked up wrong either your not charging all the batteries or some of the batteries are out of the loop while running.

Two hours is not long enough to charge so check the charge connections.
