Hi guys, I just bought my first cart it's a 1992 freedom 36v. Overall cart is in good shape but was missing the batteries and has four flat tires but for 50 dollars and it having a new charger figured I cant go wrong.
When I went to load it I found that the cart will not roll, rear wheels wont turn at all. Jacked it up with a floor jack to move it and was able to spend the wheels freely.
Is this normal, I have no clue as I said it's my first one. If not are there any suggestions on where to start? Thanks for any ideas!
