Making my 05 CC Precedent street legal in Ms?

I have called the state office of the DMV and have tried the local county DMV trying to get an answer what i need to do to get my cart street legal so i can get a parking sticker for my neighborhood, so far i really have not gotten a clear answer so can anyone on here point me in the right direction as to what to do to make it street legal?
