What Make is this?

Just bought this electric cart and for the life of me I can not find out who made it. I would love to get a manual or at least some info on it. There is a decal on the body that says Ranger 2x3
but when I google that all I come up with are those small scooters. This cart is at least 3 times as big and has a 24v system.
