Looks like a 90's yamaha. Probably electric.
The cart, which was empty and parked at the time of the incident, burned to the ground within 10 minutes. No injuries were reported.

What is really scary is they just left it to burn with no one watching it for the stupid ass that tries to drive off in it so they can sue the poor basterd who left it burning!
