Whenever I am on the highway I ALWAYS spot one of these people driving their RV with a golf cart towed behind it. Imagine if they suddenly lost the cart on a sharp turn or it just fell off, they probably wouldnt even notice! Someone could jump on to it and steel things off it at a stop sign and you also probably wouldnt even notice it lol.

I can see what you are saying, there are no straps or chains. if the emergency brake fails then you can say see ya to that club car

if u look closely there is a metal bar.... that is what probally keeps it up there
