what model cart is this?

does anyone know what year or model this cart is? Can't find a serial # anywhere. also pulled the wrong drain plug when trying to change the oil and drained a small amount of differential oil before realizing what I was doing. how do I check the differential level on this? I've checked other threads but didn't see any that said anything about a drain plug under the frame to the rear of the oil drain plug. any thoughts on this?
