I would like to know if anyone has streched a CCDS cart. I would like to see in progress photos or info to get me in the right direction.

How much of a stretch are you thinking about??? I've seen carts that have two rows of forward seating and a rear facing seat (6 passenger), and a cart set up for tours that had four rows of forward facing seats. The frame should be pretty strong to be able to carry the weight fully loaded with adult passengers.
I guess your biggest hiccup after stretching the frame would be brake cables, unless you upgrade to hydraulic brakes.
