Has anyone had any dealings with LVS sales for golf cart parts?

From the feedback I have read, they have one of the poorest reputations for customer service of all of the internet sellers I can think of.
All of the feedback I have heard was regarding battery chargers, breakdowns, wrong parts shipped and no return calls or emails when problems arose.
What parts are you looking for?

LVS has been bad news for yrs, most likely if you do get them on the phone you'll be talking to the guy on the dock with no clue of whats going on.
